It doesn’t matter the reason, you have the right to stop treatment, you have the right to stop adjustments, and the right to say no! She has special coins that are used during Yoga Classes that allow her to know if you want hands on adjustments or not. Jessica informs you when she will be placing her hands on sensitive areas (such as the neck, and hips). During any kind of treatment, if you get uncomfortable, say the word, and treatment will stop immediately. When you come to see Jessica, don’t ever feel like you can’t say no!
